Shipping Information

Currently, J-Tech Machine only ships to customers within the United States. All orders for in-stock merchandise usually leave our warehouse within 24 hours of order placement. Unless otherwise specified, we will use UPS Ground Service for shipments within the United States, not including Alaska or Hawaii. UPS 2-day and next day Air is also available for select orders.

Additional shipment methods are available upon request. Please call us at 610-458-4334 (9am – 5pm EST) for a shipping quote.

International Orders

We are sorry, but international ordering is not available at this time. J-Tech Machine only ships to customers within the United States. For international order inquiries and a shipping quote, please call us at 610-458-4334 (9am – 5pm EST).

Taxes

Applicable State Sales Tax will be charged on taxable items for all customers who reside within the states of Pennsylvania and Tennessee.

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email that includes a link to your tracking information. Additionally, you canĀ LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT 24/7 to review your order history, order status and tracking information.

When You Receive Your Order

Please check through your order and report any shortages, damages or errors within 48 hours. If you have any concerns please call us at 610-458-4334 (9am – 5pm EST).

Returns

We stand by all of the products that we sell. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Items MUST be in unused condition, exactly as received in order to receive a full refund or exchange.
